Don't pretend like you don't know what I mean.
You know EXACTLY.
You stopped going to the gym.
Out for nice dinners with your partner.
Stopped going for coffee with your friends.
To the movies.
You gave up on your dreams.
It's almost like you stopped caring.
You just sit around at home and watch reality TV and eat junk food in your jim jams.
You got STALE!
I'm not saying the occassional binge watch is a bad thing - but when did yout stop GETTING OUT THERE!?
The goods news is - you can get UNSTALE!
Today, my challenge to you is to stop what you're doing RIGHT NOW. If it's something you'd normally be doing e.g. scrolling your feed while waiting for a bus or a kettle to boil - STOP - AND CHANGE IT UP!
Look for the ADVENTURE in this very moment. Look for any opportunity to LIVE IT UP and SAVOUR IT.
Let's use the bus example. Put on your favourite song in your headphones and have a silent rock-out session!
Start a conversation with the person sitting next to you - you never know who you'll meet!
Phone a friend you've been meaning to catch up with.
Whatever it is - GET UN-STALE!
